The Philadelphia Protestant Home (PPH) is seeking a dynamic Independent Living Sales Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about senior living, customer service, and business development. *Responsibilities*
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Grow IL census through regular communication and relationship-building
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials
- Conduct direct sales activities such as cold calling, networking, and client meetings
- Manage a designated territory to maximize sales potential
