Shift: Evenings, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours)

What You Bring to our Team: 

• Active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania. 

• 3+ years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in gerontology highly preferred. 

• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain). 

• Proven leadership or charge nurse experience. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technology.

Your Impact as our RN Supervisor: 

As the RN Leader on the evening shift, you will be the clinical and administrative anchor for our community. You will: 

• Champion Quality Care: Oversee all clinical aspects of the shift, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate, and top-notch nursing care. You'll assist staff with assessments and complex cases, leading by example. 

• Lead with Confidence: Make critical decisions, manage staffing and resources effectively, and step in as a staff nurse when the team needs you most.
