What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As a Quality and Performance Improvement - Home Health/Hospice RN, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Comprehensive audits of patient records: Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations, with coordination through the Quality Clinical Coordinator. This role also involves active participation in the QAPI Committee to drive quality improvement.
- Development and implementation: Assists in training staff on the electronic medical records systems in collaboration with the Director of Risk Management and Quality Clinical Coordinator. They will also work on performance improvement initiatives.
- Completing home visits: Ensuring timely patient admissions and routine visits, providing direct nursing care within their scope of practice, and demonstrating exemplary documentation skills.
What do I need to qualify for this role with Redstone?
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Home Health/Hospice experience
- A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
