Responsibilities for an ADON with Phoebe Ministries:
Responsible for assisting the Director, Nursing Services in various administrative tasks; implementing strategies to achieve goals, complying with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports.
Requirements for an ADON with Phoebe Ministries:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as a Registered Nurse, certificate in CPR.
- Minimum three (3) years’ supervisory experience in long-term care nursing.
