ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct, oversee, and manage all financial activities of Garvey Manor Nursing Home, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, payroll, purchasing, and reimbursement functions. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the Executive Director/CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
