This full-time, exempt position is based at our Woodcrest Villa campus and includes participation in the on-call rotation.  The Assistant Director of Facilities is to assist the Director of Facilities with staffing, work duties, and miscellaneous tasks in maintaining the facilities and grounds in accordance with Tandem Living standards.  RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: Ensures that quality maintenance services are provided efficiently and effectively. Communicates with residents and responds to their complaints and requests for customer satisfaction.  Plans, organizes, delegates, and/or monitors the following: resident repair requests, completion of work order form and preventive maintenance programs; oversees transportation service
