A faith-based community with a commitment to exceptional resident care, Thornwald Home is currently accepting applications for the Director of Nursing position. The DON is responsible to plan, organize, develop, direct and coordinate the overall operation of the nursing care delivered to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of Pennsylvania State and Federal regulations; exceptional organization and communication skills; three or more years of long-term care nursing management experience.
Graduate of an approved professional school of Nursing (RN) is required and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent is a plus.
