The Personal Care LPN will be responsible for resident nursing care, medication management/supervision, treatments, physician orders, admissions, rounds and supervision of direct care staff. The LPN provides support to the Personal Care Team, including oversight/ supervision, and ongoing education to the direct care staff, to meet the needs of the residents and their families. This is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday dayshift, and every other weekend. Must be LPN in PA.
