Records, transcribes, and distributes minutes for Board and Committee meetings. Arranges and coordinates meetings as requested by ELT members. (SLT meetings, quarterly corporate compliance, etc.) Maintain on-going communication with regulatory agencies: Department of Health and Department of Human Services regarding necessary documentation for compliance. Assists ELT members with administrative needs as requested or assigned.

EOE/M/F/V/D Employer QUALIFICATIONS:
Three to five years’ experience as an assistant to a leadership professional. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software: Microsoft Office Suit, Power Point and Publisher; particularly with creating templates and mail merges. PA Notary Public Licensure is preferred.
This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development.
