The Memory Care Nurse is responsible for the overall coordination of care and life enrichment experience in the memory care unit. The nurse will provide resident care coordination, medication management/supervision and clinical care of the residents in Memory Care. The Memory Care Nurse directly supervises and mentors the direct care staff to provide resident care, facilitate resident activities, medication management and clinical care of the residents.
